About Your Graduate Mentor

Jennifer Marsh
I’m a PhD student in Philosophy, with a focus on early modern philosophy and Kant. I study questions about how the mind represents the world and how philosophers have tried to make sense of experience, perception, and judgment. I love mentoring undergraduates because college can be intellectually exciting but also overwhelming, and it helps to have someone to talk things through with. I’m always happy to discuss writing, research, graduate school, reading difficult texts, or finding your own path. Outside academia, I love novels, running, and learning languages.
